The Wildlife Research & Training Institute (WRTI) is organizing the 1st Wildlife Scientific Conference to be held in Naivasha, Kenya, under the theme: “Use of Wildlife Science for enhanced Biodiversity Conservation and improved Livelihoods”.

The purpose of the conference is to showcase wildlife scientific output, share experiences and expertise with other scientists globally as well as act as a channel to disseminate information gathered on wildlife science for decision-making. The focus will be on well-researched scientific papers on discoveries, innovations, technologies and applications in wildlife conservation and sustainable utilization
Call for Abstract / WRTI
Authors are invited to submit high quality research abstracts, papers, e-posters, and exhibitions outlining original and unpublished results of their work in all areas of wildlife conservation.The abstract should be limited to a maximum of 300 words for both oral and poster presentation.Specifically, the abstract should be clear with a short and clear title, name(s) of author(s) and affiliation/address (correspondence author should be indicated for ease of communication), brief
background, objectives of the study methodology result, and conclusions. Key words should not be more than 5 words arranged in alphabetical
order.

The call for abstracts is open from 20th April 2023. The deadline for submission will be 5th June 2023. Authors of accepted abstracts for oral/poster presentation will be notified by 26th June 2023.
